10. TOOLS/PRODUCTS
-
Please note that all tools, and products used and provided by TBA are NOT for personal use by party
members, or other individuals not contracted with TBA.

-
A party member may bring in their own hair extensions to be applied, however, TBA will not be held
responsible if the extensions are not 100% human hair or purchased from TBA. Synthetic and Hybrid hair
can melt to human hair as well as not look realistic.

-
All individuals scheduled to receive hair services are required to arrive at their appointment with hair that is
clean, completely dry, and brushed out. TBA does not bring or supply hairdryers.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
-
TBA provides a new set of brushes for each client. Any brushes used from the Makeup Artist’s personal kit
are sanitized between every makeup application.

-
Any allergies, sensitivities and/or skin conditions should be reported by the Client to TBA prior to receiving

agrees to release TBA from liability for any medical complications due to allergic reactions.
12. INDEMNIFICATION

The client agrees to indemnify TBA against any claim, damages, cost, loss, expense or any kind of liability
arising by the Indemnities in connection with any claims, suits, demands, arising out of this contract.

recommend scheduling trial appointments AT LEAST 30 days prior to the wedding and NOT MORE than
90 days before the wedding.

-
Hair trial Fee: $150 for a duration of 90 minutes. Additional time is $50 per extra 30 minutes. On the day
of the trial appointment, clients must bring any hair accessories, veils, and hair extensions (if already
owned) that they plan to use on the day of the event, to allow for a clearer and more accurate visualization
of the desired look. If the client does not have some of these items but wishes to incorporate them, TBA
may provide them with an additional fee, as several options are kept in inventory.

-
Makeup trial Fee: $150 (includes lashes) for a duration of 90 minutes. Additional time is $50 per extra 30
minutes. Payment for the trials and any additional time is due at the conclusion of the trial session.

the particulars.

-
Please wear a button-down or zippered shirt for easy removal that does NOT have a hood.

-
Please arrive with a CLEAN face. Makeup services include skin preparation appropriate for each skin type;
however, if for any reason the client may only use certain products or prefers to use their daily skincare
routine, they may do so, provided this is communicated prior to the start of the service. In such cases, if the
makeup is not compatible with the products provided and does not achieve the expected longevity, TBA
shall not be held responsible.

-
If a member would like to provide their own makeup or hair products for TBA to use, that is OK, however,
if the hair or makeup does not hold up to the standard expected of the member, TBA will not be held
responsible.

Every member needs to arrive with inspo photos of hair and makeup they want before sitting in the chair
for services, if they were not sent ahead of time to TBA.

-
All hair pieces, veils, extensions, accessories, and flowers must be pre-arranged and available for
application by TBA on the day of the event. Clients are strongly encouraged to bring these items to the trial
appointment.

remain beyond the completition time, an additional fee of $100 per staff member will apply for each 60-
minute period or fraction thereof.
17. COVID

If for any reason the State of Vermont or the Federal Government restricts public gatherings of 50 or more
